P&C School Building Fund

Sylvania Heights Public School Parents & Citizens Association has established a Westpac bank account for the Sylvania Heights Public School P&C School Building Fund, registered with the Australian Taxation Office as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR).

What will donations be used for?

Current and future students will enjoy the benefits of the Building Fund with new building and improvement projects being undertaken as sufficient funds become available.

What projects would this potentially include?

The school community has many ideas for future projects, including:

·         Extend the K-2 COLA to adequately accommodate all students

·         Installation of stage lighting in the school hall for performances

·         External security lighting outside the hall for student and community events

·         Extending Block F veranda roof and suitable resurfacing for outdoor learning

·         An outdoor kitchen and cooking area

·         Additional building works as required to complement the school facilities

How can you help our school community

We invite you to provide a donation to the Building Fund, and invest in our children’s future, while contributing to the proud traditions of community involvement at Sylvania Heights Public School.

Please help us make a difference to our present and future students to strive to achieve as we build a culture of respectful, responsible learners at Sylvania Heights Public School.

Any size donation will be greatly appreciated. Donations over $100 will be acknowledged in the school newsletter, unless the donor wishes to remain anonymous.

Donations to the Building Fund may be made at any time through the flyer available at the front office and will assist the school to upgrade or construct new facilities.
